On April 7th, 2020 Ranger Russ received a call to check on a baby Great Horned Owl that fell from its’ nest at Chatfield Hollow State Park in Madison, CT.
Combined with the help of Todd Secki and Christine Cummings from A Place Called Hope in Killingworth CT, this little baby will be put back in its’ nest and the parents will continue to care for the baby.
The series of videos on this page takes you through the 24 hours from when we found the owlet through the time they were returned to the nest.
